What is received
This site receives only what you type into the consultation form: your name, WhatsApp number, event date, event type, venue type, estimated guest count, the decoration style you have in mind, and any notes.

How it is used
That information is used to answer your question and to work out what the decoration needs to cover. Form answers are not stored on the site server; they are assembled into a WhatsApp message that you send yourself from your own device.

Stored on your device
With your consent, the site keeps your language choice and gallery filters on your device so they do not need resetting. Without consent, those choices last only while the tab is open. Consent can be changed at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Third parties
The follow-up conversation happens on WhatsApp, which is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. This site does not sell your information to anyone.

Your choices
You may ask for a conversation and the details already sent to no longer be used, by reaching the contact listed on the contact page.
